SuperSlow is performed under the direct supervision of a certified SuperSlow® instructor. Each session is just 20 minutes and should be performed no more than twice per week.
The amount of exercise required varies among individuals based on factors such as age, injuries or illness, experience level, intensity level, and recovery time between sessions. You can achieve measurable results regardless of your current fitness level.
We absolutely respect your time. Employing the highly time-efficient methods used at SuperSlow Zone, your body requires no more than two 20-minute sessions per week. This is because the muscles are so thoroughly exercised during a SuperSlow session,
more than two 20-minute sessions per week would be counter-productive.
